Pricing Questions

Answers to what folks usually ask

Is the price really based on lot size?

It is. Our baseline rate assumes a 5,000 sq ft lot. Every additional thousand square feet adds a predictable amount to each visit — the per-thousand rate is different for each tier but always shown up-front. No surprises on the first invoice.

Do I have to sign a long contract?

No. Every tier is month-to-month with one exception — the Fairway Weekly plan requires a full-season commitment from April through October, because we build a route around our weekly clients. If you need to cancel mid-season, we only charge for completed visits.

What's the difference between the Weekly and Bi-Weekly tiers?

Mostly frequency. The Weekly tier gets you a visit every seven days for the full season — that's thirty visits and includes quarterly fertilization, priority storm response, and a lawn health checkup each rotation. The Bi-Weekly tier drops to eighteen visits, covers fewer fertilizations, and has a 48-hour response window. Both cover the same core services on each visit: mow, edge, trim, blow.

Is snow removal included in any tier?

Snow removal is handled separately via our winter contract, which starts in November. Weekly clients get priority scheduling during storms and a 10% discount on the winter contract.

What if my property is bigger than what your calculator shows?

For properties larger than 50,000 sq ft — estates, small farms, HOA common areas — we do a custom walk-through and write a quote based on actual terrain, not just square footage. Call Walter directly at (845) 555-0187.
