Bi-Weekly Rotation
Every other week for lawns that don't need the full weekly schedule. Same crew, same care.
The bi-weekly rotation is for established properties that simply don't need a weekly pass. Same tuned equipment, same crew, same attention to edges and corners — just half the frequency and a kinder annual total. Ideal for shaded lots, drought-dormant summer turf, and lower-maintenance landscapes.
Not every lawn needs a crew on it every seven days. Shaded properties, drought-dormant summer turf, and smaller lots often look their best on a fortnightly rotation. The work is the same — mow, edge, trim, blow — and the standard is the same. You just pay for it half as often.
When bi-weekly works best
If your grass slows visibly in July, if you have significant tree coverage, or if the front yard is under 3,500 square feet, the bi-weekly rotation usually keeps you looking sharp without the expense of weekly visits. During the spring flush in May we can temporarily flip you to weekly — at the weekly rate for those visits only — to keep up with heavy growth.
The flex-week option
Bi-weekly clients can schedule an additional mid-cycle visit before a big event (a wedding, a family reunion, a listing photo shoot) at the weekly rate with 48 hours’ notice. No long-term commitment. Just a phone call.
