Our snow operation runs from November 15 through March 31. Seasonal contracts include plowing driveways at every two-inch trigger, walkway shoveling, and entry-way salting. Weekly mowing clients get priority dispatch at no additional cost.
Winter on a Hudson Valley property is its own season of groundskeeping. We transition directly from the final fall leaf rotation into snow operations on November 15 and run through March 31. Seasonal contracts mean you’re not hunting for a plow truck at 5 AM when everyone else is.
The two-inch trigger
Most contracts specify a two-inch accumulation trigger — once we hit two inches, the truck rolls. Heavier snowfalls get multiple passes through the day to keep the driveway usable. Walkways are shoveled by hand and salted with pet-safe ice melt. Entry steps, porches, and mailboxes are cleared.
Not just plowing
If you need ice-dam checks on the roof drip line, emergency path clearing to a propane tank, or a sanded driveway for a guest arriving after a freezing rain, those calls come through the same dispatch number. We’re a one-stop grounds crew.
